Itinerant Preachers Network

last page image_1Much important work is done across Wales through the ministries of itinerant preachers. Like anything worth doing, itinerant preaching is not easy. As well as the pressures common to all ministry, itinerating has its own unique challenges.

What if there were an opportunity for the men doing this work to come together to discuss, pray, learn and support one another – a sort of ‘fraternal’ focused on the needs of itinerant preachers? That is what this is about.

At the moment, of course, it does not exist. It is just an idea. Maybe there is some mileage in it. Maybe not. So we have set up an event to try to find out. We don’t know who might come, but Libanus Church in Morriston have kindly offered their building. Dave Norbury, who has years of experience in this sort of work, has kindly agreed to speak. And this is an invitation to come. So if you are exercising an itinerant preaching ministry backed by the leadership of your own church (this is important to us) we would warmly invite you to come and see for yourself.

9.30am-11.30am
Saturday 8th June 2013
Libanus Church, Market Street, Morriston, Swansea. SA6 5EW.

Speaker: Dave Norbury
